I have found that clients are able to break bad dietary habits more easily when there is a healthy substitute. I am all for this as I do not believe in restrictive eating – balance is key and there is always a more nutritious alternative for those ‘naughty’ treats.

-3 Frozen bananas



– Whiz frozen bananas in a blender until they are smooth and creamy

– Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden

– Spoon into a bowl or onto buckwheat pancakes and top with cacao nibs, berries, walnuts or whatever else you fancy

– Eat mindfully. x
