As you can probably see from my previous posts I love sweet treats, and being holiday season there has been an abundant flow of cakes and desserts. Instead of depriving myself of these, or being tempted by them, I decided to be prepared and make these delectable balls of coconut goodness which satisfy any sweet craving.

These bliss balls are a protein packed snack, high in fibre with added super foods such as coconut oil and goji berries. They are incredible easy to make – no need for a food processor or an oven, just throw the ingredients together, set in the fridge for about 15 minutes, and Voila!
